CHIPS Information:
Sign up for SBLO – If you still have not signed up for the Short Break Local Offer – please do so without delay.  Please contact the HUB to arrange your eligibility check – Kirsty/Rachel 01992 504013.  HCC are asking that all children be assessed before attending summer scheme.
 Computer Club – this club for children aged 12+ will run fortnightly on Tuesday evenings from 7.00pm – 9.00pm at Scott House, Hagsdell Road, Hertford next session will be on 7th July.  Places must be booked in advance.  A chance for children to play games, surf the internet, challenge other gamers and learn new computer skills.  CHIPS staff will be present so no need for parents to stay.  Cost is £4 per session.  To book a place, please contact gill@chipsplay.org or call 01992 534664.
Climbing Club – at Essex Outdoors, Burnt Mill Lane, Harlow, Essex.  The club will run fortnightly on Sundays, next session will be 12^th July, 11.00am – 1.00pm.  Children should be aged 12+, places must be reserved in advance.  CHIPS staff will be present so no need for parents to stay.  Cost is £4 per session.  To book a place, please contact gill@chipsplay.org or call 01992 534664.
We are also looking for extra staff for the new climbing club, again please contact the office if you know of anyone who would be interested, or alternatively ask them to contact the office to request an application form.
Forthcoming Events:
Charity Jam Jars –  Please contact the office if you would like some empty jam jars for yourself, your friends, family, office or place of work.
£100 challenge – we challenge you to raise £100.00 in the month of July.  Please contact the office for more details.
General Information:
We are looking for someone to repair our bikes and tricycles, prior to the start of the summer schemes, if you know of anyone please call the office on 01992 534664, or email karen@chipsplay.org.  Thanks.

Sponsorship/Fundraisers/Donations:
5p jam jars – to date we have raised just over £450.00.  Thank you to everyone who has already taken a jar.
The “Lunch in the Garden” fundraiser was very successful, the weather was glorious and we raised just over £700.00, many thanks to Michelle Smith who allowed us to use her beautiful garden, and made the most delicious sandwiches.
The CHIPS summer quiz was also a great success raising just over £1,000.  Many people commented on how much fun the evening was, especially the tower building round!  Many thanks to the Orpin family for their excellent quiz.
