An idea has been put forward to update the CHIPS logo.  Please see below the old and proposed new logo pictures.  Please let us know your thoughts.

Annual Feedback Forms

Rhiannon Lowe (Chair) would like to thank all the parents for completing the annual feedback forms this summer, with over 50% being returned.  From the forms we had: 85% very satisfied with the quality of service provided, 90% very satisfied with value for money provided, 68% very satisfied with the amount of service provided, with the remaining families wanting more sessions.

We also had some heart warming feedback including:

“My children have been coming to CHIPS each holidays for the past 3 years, and it continues to be my lifeline during the holidays, especially the summer!  The staff are all fantastic and the kids have a lovely time!  Thanks again to everyone that works there, we really do appreciate it!”

“Great group, wouldn’t know what to do without them, and the respite.”

“Daughter only just started but really enjoys coming.  It also gives us peace of mind that she is being looked after by people who understand her needs, until now she has never been able to attend other playschemes.”

Following a comment made on a feed back form discussion took place at the last Trustees meeting about all children being invited to the end of Summer scheme party. It was agreed that the decision to invite all families will be left to the Scheme Playleaders.
