Parent Feedback Forms

Don’t forget to complete your Parent Feedback form, these forms are important to CHIPS as they provide us with very useful information.  Feedback form are also available to complete online.  Thank you for your help!

Parent Trustee

We are looking for new Parent Trustees, especially to represent the Ware scheme.  The Trustees meet 5 times a year in the evening.  If you would be interested in further details please contact Helen or Karen on 01992 534664 or email karen@chipsplay.org

Wanted

For our Glitter Ball Gala Dinner we are having a sparkle tree to help raise much needed funds for CHIPS.  If anyone has any spare bottles of Champagne that they would like to donate, please contact Karen at the office on karen@chipsplay.org .

We will also be producing an A5 programme for the tables at the Glitter Ball.  If you or anyone that you know would like to place an advertisement in the programme, please contact Karen at the office.  Cost will be £25.00 for a half page and £50.00 for a full page.

Saturday 7th October  – CHIPS Glitter Ball Gala Dinner – 7.00pm – Midnight

Ware Drill Hall, 17 Amwell End, Ware SG12 9HP.  Join us for a Strictly themed evening, to include a three course meal, live music (Adele tribute), professional ballroom dancers.  £55.00 per person, black tie dress code.  Contact karen@chipsplay.org or call the office 01992 534664. Zambo Dance Nights – monthly dance nights for people with additional needs, £5.00 entry and support staff free.  7.30-9.30pm – contact emma.saysell@ntlworld.com for further information.

David P MacDonald Photography in Ware has donated Family Portrait Vouchers worth £194.00 (to include a 1 hour studio session and an 8” x 6” heat sealed and frame portrait) for only £20.00. Bishops Stortford Carnival  – thank you to everyone who helped at the carnival.  Lots of awareness raised in Bishops Stortford on a very hot day!

 

Wow! Stuart Hall (Ware parent) has completed his10k runs.   He’s raised over £960 so far thanks to his hard work and the lovely customers of iSmashedIt in Hoddesdon where he is the manager. Nice one Stu, and keep up the brilliant work!

Thank you to everyone who came along and volunteered to “not shake” a collection bucket at the Ware Carnival on 1st July.  Total collected was £1,046.00 – this money will be added to the other fundraising amounts that Ware Town Council has collected and will be presented to CHIPS at their AGM in August.

A huge thank you to everyone that has donated Wii games, boards and steering wheels.  Also thank you to the Bishops Stortford parents who have kindly donated bicycles to the Bishops Stortford scheme.

 

Many thanks to Broxbourne School for the kind donation of £100, which was collected by the 6th Form students.

 

A huge thank you to Forres School for raising £417.45 for CHIPS.  Pupils took part in a Business Enterprise week, which included making items for sale to parents, friends, staff and pupils.

Our 5p total is now up to £2,572.47 – many thanks to everyone who has been collecting their 5ps – keep up the good work!!
