CHIPS Needs YOU! Parent/Carer Trustees

CHIPS Needs YouCHIPS are on the hunt for new Parent/Carer Trustees to join us behind the scenes. As a parent/carer led charity, it is vital that we have families of those young people at our schemes represented at Trustee meetings, and as such, we need YOU!
Our Trustees meet up once a term in the evening, and are tasked with ensuring that the charity continues to do what it was set up to, and vote on key decisions such as new services. There’s no large time commitments aside from attending the once a term meetings. Outside of these you are welcome to do as much or as little as you would like in terms of fundraising or attending events. Unfortunately we can’t pay you to be a Trustee, but we promise the meeting biscuits are good, and that you’d be working alongside some really lovely people.
CHIPS is the sum of its parts, and a big part of that is the people who drive the charity forward and help shape its future. If you are interested in becoming a Trustee and would like to know more, please get in touch via the contact form here. I’d be happy to drop you a line to discuss more about what being a Trustee involves.
Thank you.
