CHIPS selected as Hertford Rock at Castle 2016 Charity!

CHIPS are absolutely delighted to have been selected as this years Hertford Rock at the Castle charity!
We’re looking forward to Rocking at the Castle and raising money and awareness for CHIPS!
This year’s Rock At The Castle takes place on Sunday 7th August 2016, in the grounds of Hertford Castle.
This year’s event has grown to include a new Acoustic Garden Stage, set in the Castle Moat Garden and designed to be a mellow, relaxing area with a folk inspired feel. Yoga massages and meditation stalls will be present for those who want to chill out and listen to something softer than the main rock stage.
There will also be family orientated entertainment on the island.
As well as the live music, the fringes of the Castle lawn will be packed with fun activities for kids (and adults!) of all ages. There will also be clothing stalls, a licensed bar and a feast of food franchises including ice creams, burgers and hotdogs.
Admission is by suggested voluntary donation of £2, with all proceeds going to this year’s charity- CHIPS!
Free parking is available in the adjacent St.Andrew Street car park (103 spaces/SG14 1HZ). Alternative nearby car parks include Hartham (209 spaces/SG14 1QN) and the Gascoyne Way multi-storey (340 spaces/SG14 1DB), both of which are also free on Sundays.
